Should you have a concern please contact your child's class teacher in the first instance. They will strive to contact you within 24 hours. Contact can also be made via the school office.

If you do not feel you have had a satisfactory response or wish to make a complaint we have a rigorous complaints procedure. Full details are contained in the Trust Complaints Policy below. The complaints procedure follows a three stage process:
