Who are we?

Formally known as the PTA, we raise funds to enhance the experience of all the children at Stowford School from Nursery to Year 6. We are keen to welcome new members to join the committee. Annual general meetings are held at the school. Events and meeting dates are published on the school newsletter.

Stowford Friends Committee is a registered charity (Charity Number: 1144594).

Message from Stowford Friends

We have launched a new volunteers list. Stowford Friends are keen to invite any parents, carers, grandparents, staff and local residents to support the group.

We are encouraging people to become involved in fundraising and events in any way they can – without the need to formally become a committee member.

Funds have been spent on equipment, facilities and events at Stowford School, such as:

- play equipment (the children have a wish list)

- visit by theatre group

- enhancements to the playgrounds

- contribution towards the accessibility lift

This year we hope to raise even more money, but to do that we need your help!
